Apocalypse
In a world filled with contradictions and unease, a vision of the end emerges — not so much catastrophic as symbolic.
The cycle is built around representations in which the symbolism of figures and signs plays a central role, remaining in strong mutual relationships. Transitions, threats, birth, belonging, judgment, exclusion, inevitability — each work creates tension between meanings, forming a coherent narrative.
Black and cinnabar red embedded in white intensify the sense of drama, while the contour emphasizes the symbolic nature of the forms. The series, composed of twelve paintings, refers to the number of completeness, the end of a cycle, and the possibility of a new beginning. It is a cycle that asks questions — and leaves them open.
