Vienna
Between classical heritage and the code of contemporaneity.
This series views Vienna through the lens of geometry, rhythm, and architectural contrast.
A city where the Leopold Museum resembles a concrete vessel from the future,
and the façade of the MuseumsQuartier plays a visual game of chess with color and light.
MUMOK-like a minimalist monument-anchors the composition with cool precision,
while the Hundertwasserhaus deliberately escapes this logic altogether:
undulating lines, colors drawn from childlike imagination,
and architecture that consciously refuses to "stand straight".
Yet this is not only a story of concrete and structure.
Unexpected protagonists emerge within the frames:
a jellyfish seemingly borrowed from a futuristic fairytale,
and a startled koala gazing at modernism with mild disbelief.
These animals become symbolic counterpoints to human-made architecture-
softness amid concrete, nature within urban order.
Vienna in this series does not speak in a grand, solemn tone.
Instead, it winks at the viewer,
revealing that even within the most meticulously ordered space
there is room for surprise, organic chaos, and a quiet smile.
